On Sept. 19, 2018, Holley Police charged Miguel Quiles, 35, of Holley, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, and Equipment Violation: No/Inadequate Lights. Quiles was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on Oct. 11.

On Sept. 21, 2018, Holley Police charged Andrew S. Walch, 33, of Holley, with DWI: Two Previous Convictions Designated Offenses in 10 Years; Operation of a Motor Vehicle .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content: Two Prior Convictions Designated Offenses in 10 Years; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance; Drinking Alcohol in Motor Vehicle on Highway; and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th Degree: Weight More Than 2 Ounces. Walch was arraigned in Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judger Gary Passarell and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He returned to Court on Sept. 24.

Medina Police Department charged Nathan Brege, 26, of Pavilion, on Sept. 28, 2018, with Gang Assault 2nd Degree. Brege was arraigned and held on $5,000 bail and was scheduled to return Oct. 4 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Derek A. Dix Jr., 29, of Medina, on Sept. 28, 2018, with Attempted Assault 3rd Degree; Harassment 2nd Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Dix was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return Oct. 4 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Felipe Chavez Jr., 33, of Medina, on Sept. 28, 2018, with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree and Aggravated Family Offense. Chavez was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return Oct. 4 to Shelby Town Court.

On Oct. 3, 2018, on East Avenue, Albion, the Albion Police charged Andrew R. Robinson Jr., 32, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without Inspection; Speed Violation: Speeding in School Zone; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle With Registration Suspended.

On Oct. 3, 2018, on Route 31, Albion, the Albion Police charged Sharen N. Stymus, 22, with Opration of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On Oct. 3, 2018, at police headquarters on West Bank Street, Albion, the Albion Police charged Brittany E. Padilla, 28, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree, and Operation a Motor Vehicle without Stop Lamps.

Medina Police Department charged Ricky Caraballo, 25, of Medina, on Oct. 5, 2018, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Caraballo was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 5 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Oct. 6, 2018, on South Main Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Stephen M. Boyce Jr., 45, with Following Too Close; Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; Refusal to Take Breath Test; and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

On Oct. 6, 2018, Holley Police arrested Willie J. Stephens, 50, of Batavia, for Execution of an Arrest Warrant. He was arraigned in Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Ted Spada and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

On Oct. 7, 2018, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police charged James E. Ryan, 27, with Petit Larceny.

On Oct. 8, 2018, on North Main Street, Albion, the Albion Police charged Brian R. Beach, 47, with Exposure of a Person.

On Oct. 9, 2018, Holley Police arrested Matthew J. Engert, 26, of Albion, for Execution of a Bench Warrant. Engert voluntarily surrendered to Holley Police and was arraigned in Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Ted Spada and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return to Court on Oct. 17.

On Oct. 9, 2018, Holley Police charged Donald C. Parkinson Jr., 36, of Brockport, with Grand Larceny 4th Degree Felony- Value of Property Greater Than $1,000; and Scheme to Defraud 2nd Degree. Parkinson voluntarily surrendered and was issued appearance tickets for arraignment in Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada on Nov. 1.
