Medina Police Department charged Gregory R. Solomonidis, 23, of Medina, on Feb. 2 with Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Solomonidis was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return March 7 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Eric J. McGill, 35, of Batavia, on Feb. 3 with No/Inadequate Lights and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. McGill was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return March 7 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Jesus F. Velez, 32, of Lockport, on Feb. 2 with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Velez was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return March 4 to Ridgeway Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Crystal L. Prosser, 27, of Albion, on Feb. 3 with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Operating without Insurance, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Prosser was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return March 7 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Lucinda Sharman, 49, of Darien, on Feb. 4 with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3rd Degree and Making a Punishable False Written Statement. Sharman was arraigned and released on her own recognizance, and is scheduled to return Feb. 7 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Philip D. Byford Jr., 28, of Medina, on Feb. 6 with Petit Larceny and Trespass. Byford was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return March 4 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Feb. 10, 2019. at 1:50 PM, Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Eric J. Lorback, 32, of East lee Road, Holley, N.Y. following an alleged violent domestic incident. Lorback fled from the residence on foot into a wooded area near the house. Sheriff’s Deputies working together with Troopers from S.P. Albion were able to establish a perimeter while Deputy J.J. Cole and K-9 Otto searched the area. The Sheriff’s K-9 team was able to locate the suspect and take him into custody without incident. Lorback was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment in the 2nd degree and 3 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Lorback was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court before the Hon. Justice DiFante. Lorback was served an Order of Protection, released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to court on Feb. 11, 2019 at 7 p.m.
