On April 29, 2019, Holley Police charged Tori Hall, 31, of Holley, with Petit Larceny. Hall received an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court on May 23.

On May 5, 2019, Holley Police charged Charles E. Collins, 31, of Holley, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree - 3 or more suspensions on 3 or more dates, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle - alcohol related, Operation of an Unregistered Vehicle on Highway, Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Improper Plates, and Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Inspection Certificate. Collins was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court on May 30.

On May 6, 2019, Holley Police charged Richard A. Vanepps, 44, of Holley, with Burglary in the 3rd Degree - illegal entry with intent to commit a crime, and Petit Larceny. He was arraigned at Town of Murray Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $2000 bail. He was scheduled to return to court on May 15.

On May 8, 2019, Holley Police arrested Brian C. Macdonald, 29, of Brockport, for Execution of Bench Warrant out of Holley. Macdonald was arraigned at Town of Murray Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1500 bail. He was scheduled to return to court on May 15.

On May 21, 2019, Holley Police charged four juvenile males with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, Burglary in the 3rd Degree - illegal entry with intent to commit a crime, and Arson in the 5th Degree - intentionally damaging property by fire or explosion.

On May 24, 2019, Holley Police charged Craig S. Passarell, 58, of Holley, with Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree - physical contact. He was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court on June 20, 2019.

On May 23, 2019, Albion Police charged Richard E. Meise, 36, with Operating a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On May 25, 2019, Albion Police executed an arrest warrant to Tommy L. Jakes Jr., 37. Jakes was also charged with 3rd Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Unlicensed Driver.

On May 26, 2019, Albion Police charged Christina C. Piscopo, 49, with Petit Larceny.

On May 27, 2019, Albion Police charged Richard E. Meise, 36, with Petit Larceny, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended, and Improper Plates.

On May 27, 2019, Albion Police charged Linda R. Meise, 37, with Petit Larceny.

On May 28, 2019, Albion Police charged Jaynesha A. Lewandowski, 26, with Disorderly Conduct.

On May 30, 2019, Albion Police charged Thomas A. Mulka, 55, with 3rd Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and No Seatbelt.

On May 14, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Sean Callahan, 20 of Holley, with Harassment 2nd. He was arraigned by the Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $250 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

On May 18, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Brian Graham, 23 of Kent, with Harassment 2nd. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

On May 19, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kyle Graham, 22 of Kent, with Aggravated Harassment 2nd-Threat. He was arraigned by the Town of Shelby Court and Released on his Own Recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

On May 23, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Joseph Wynn, 40 of Kent, with Harassment 2nd. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.

On May 24, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Angelica Hyer, 26 of Albion, with Petit Larceny. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On May 27, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Deborha Bailey, 53 of Holley, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

On May 27, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Andrew Taylor, 31 of Knowlesville, with Tampering with Physical Evidence and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. He was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

On May 27, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jessica Janus, 25 of Knowlesville, with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. She was issued an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.
