On May 13, 2017, Holley Police arrested Patrick O. Spikes, 36, of Batavia, on the execution of a bench warrant out of Holley Police Department. Spikes was transferred from Genesee County to Holley Police and was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Spada at Town of Murray Court. He was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail.

On May 31, 2017, at 115 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Prince N. Wilson, 18, with Burglary 3rd Degree; Petit Larceny; and Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property.

On May 31, 2017, at 26 E. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Prince N. Wilson, 18, with Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.

On May 31, 2017, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Dustin M. Castner, 24, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On June 1, 2017, at 105 Allen Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Alma P. Tzalain, 38, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance; Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Improper Plates.

On June 1, 2017, at 219 Allen Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kimberly J. Cardenas, 26, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver.

On June 1, 2017, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged a 13-year-old male with Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.

On June 1, 2017, at 16 Beechwood Blvd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas M. Monacelli, 27, with Harassment 2nd Degree, Physical Contact.

On June 2, 2017, at 152 Ingersoll St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas M. Monacelli, 27, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

On June 2, 2017, at 323 W. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Charles L. Travis II, 52, with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact.
On June 3, 2017, Holley Police charged William J. Galliford, 57, of Bergen, with Open Alcohol Beverage, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Galliford was arraigned at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail. He was to return to court on June 20, 2017.

On June 3, 2017, at 112 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas I. Torres, 21, with No Seat Belt, Driver; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

On June 3, 2017, at 213 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Michael T. Coffey, 48, with Petit Larceny.

On June 4, 2017, at 34 S. Clinton St., Apt. A, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Johnnie L. Wynn, Jr., 36, with Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years Old, and Assault 3rd Degree.

On June 4, 2017, at 257 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jordan W. Hardy Jr., 23, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree.

On June 4, 2017, at 214 S. Main St., Apt. 17, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Charles L. Travis II, 52, with Disobey Mandate Exc JL 753a-2.

On June 4, 2017, at 9 Goodrich St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Mikal Avery Bowers, 21, with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree; Attempted Burglary 2nd Degree; Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact; and Disorderly Conduct - Unreasonable Noise.

On June 6, 2017, at 158 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jeffery D. Boskat, 41, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On June 6, 2017, Holley Police arrested Michael P. Adams, 44, of Batavia, on the execution of a bench warrant out of Holley Police Department. Adams was transferred from Genesee County to Holley Police and was arraigned at Town of Murray Court by the Honorable Judge Spada. He was released on his own recognizance.

On June 7, 2017, Holley Police charged Todd Dodson Jr., 33, of Holley, with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct - Fight/Violent Behavior, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Dodson was arraigned at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Gary Passarell and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He was scheduled to return to court on June 21, 2017.

On June 7, 2017, Holley Police charged Joseph D. Turner, 35, of Albion, with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree and Disorderly Conduct - Fight/Violent Behavior. Turner was arraigned at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Gary Passarell and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He was scheduled to return to court on June 14, 2017.

On June 8, 2017, at 256 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Evan R. Nenni, 29, with Criminal Possession of a Weapon with Intent to Use 4th Degree; Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree; and Menacing 2nd Degree - Weapon.

On June 9, 2017, Holley Police charged Michael H. Tower, 35, of Holley, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree - 10 or more Suspensions, and Speed Violation - Speed in Zone. Tower was arraigned at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Gary Passarell and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail. He was scheduled to return to court on June 14, 2017.

On June 13, 2017, Holley Police charged Traivon K. Eibl, 22, of Brockport, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Operating Unregistered Vehicle, and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by Unlicensed Driver. Eibl was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada on July 20, 2017.

On June 15, 2017, Holley Police arrested John B. Zava, 34, of Holley, on the execution of a bench warrant out of Holley Police Department. Zava was transferred from Brockport Police Department to Holley Police and was arraigned at Town of Clarendon Court by the Honorable Judge Difante. He was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $400 bail. He was to appear in Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada on June 15, 2017.
