On Sept. 24, 2017, on Hinds Road in Clarendon, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Lisa Tiberio of Byron with Felony Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation; and Operation without Interlock. She was remanded to jail on $5,000 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

The Medina Police Department has made multiple arrests in relation to an incident that occurred on Sept. 30, 2017, on the 500 block of West Avenue at approximately 11 p.m. The situation involved two physical altercations that escalated into an individual being stabbed three times. The victim was treated for his injuries at Medina Hospital and released. Officer Cory Collins was the investigating officer on this case. Shane M. Harmer is charged with Assault 2nd Degree; Menacing 3rd Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree; and Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree. Bail was set at $1,000 cash/$5,000 bond. Bobbie A. Lindsey Jr. is charged with Assault 2nd Degree; Menacing 3rd Degree; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree. Bail was set at $1,000 cash/$5,000 bond. Gloria A. Smith is charged with Assault 3rd Degree. She was released on her own recognizance.

On Oct. 1, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Denise Kordish of Medina with Petit Larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Oct. 1, 2017, on Kendall Road in Kendall, Deputy Marsceill of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Adam Moyer of Kent with Driving While Intoxicated; Fail to Stop at a Stop Sign; and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court.

On Oct. 2, 2017, on Murdock Road in Ridgeway, Deputy Riemer of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jeremy Munn of Ridgeway with Criminal Contempt 2nd. He was remanded to the jail on $500 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

On Oct. 5, 2017, on Trinity Drive in Clarendon, Sgt. Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Renee Rivoli of Rochester with Criminal Contempt 2nd. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

Medina Police Department charged Yvonne R. Dent, 52, of Medina, on Oct. 5, 2017, with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree. Dent was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Veronica L. Smith, 65, of Tonawanda, on Oct. 5, 2017, with Driving with Ability Impaired by Drugs and Failed to Obey Traffic Signal Device Ahead. Smith was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

On Oct. 7, 2017, on East Lee Road in Clarendon, Sgt. Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Colton Chappius of Clarendon with Endangering Welfare of a Child. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

Medina Police Department charged Donald C. Pendleton, 33, of Medina, on Oct. 7, 2017, with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Petit Larceny. Pendleton was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Christopher Johnston, 41, of Medina, on Oct. 7, 2017, with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Johnston was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Jessie L. Tabor, 44, of Medina, on Oct. 8, 2017, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on Highway. Tabor was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 2 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Meghan M. Carpenter, 31, of Medina, on Oct. 8, 2017, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; and Fail to Keep Right. Carpenter was released and was scheduled to return Nov. 2 to Shelby Town Court.

On Oct. 9, 2017, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Aaron D. Coley, 30, with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact; and Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years of Age.

Medina Police Department charged Katelyn McDonald-Jiminez, 24, of Medina, on Oct. 10, 2017, with Assault 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest. McDonald-Jiminez was arraigned and held on $5,000 bail and was scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court at a later date.

Medina Police Department charged Colton Salatka, 19, of Medina, on Oct. 11, 2017, with Criminal Sale of Marijuana. Salatka was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 2 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old on Oct. 11, 2017, with Burglary 3rd Degree; Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree; and Petit Larceny. The 18-year-old was also charged with Criminal Tampering 3rd Degree. Both were arraigned and were scheduled to return Nob. 2 to Shelby Town Court.

On Oct. 11, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Colin Bentley of Albion with Petit Larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Oct. 11, 2017, on Platt Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged William S. Klemenz, 56, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.

On Oct. 12, 2017, on West Avenue, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Patrick W. Allen, 35, with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree; Criminal Contempt First Degree - Prior Conviction; Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree; Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; and Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact.

On Oct. 12, 2017, on North Main Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jennifer E. Doty, 34, with Registration Plate Violation, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.

On Oct. 12, 2017, at an unidentified location, the Albion Police Department charged an unidentified person with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact; Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation; and Grand Larceny 4th Degree.

Medina Police Department charged a 16-year-old on Oct. 16, 2017, with three counts of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree; Harassment 2nd Degree; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The 16-year-old was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court at a later date.

On Oct. 17, 2017, on South Main Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Thomas J. Manning, 37, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On Oct. 17, 2017, on West Academy Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kaywood A. Poole, 30, with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact.

On Oct. 17, 2017, on West Avenue, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Rebecca S. Kepner, 34, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended and Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without Financial Security.

On Oct. 17, 2017, on West Avenue, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Ashay S. Gaffney, 22, with False Personation.

On Oct. 18, 2017, on West State Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joseph J. Newton, 31, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, and Muffler Exhaust System Violation.

On Oct. 18, 2017, on Knapp Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Willard J. Cole III, 54, with Open Burning.
