On July 15, 2017, Holley Police charged Tonia R. DeYager, 46, of Brockport, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree; Operation of a Motor Vehicle by Unlicensed Driver; and Speed Violation: Speed in Zone. DeYager was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on July 31 in front of the Honorable Judge Passarell.

On July 20, 2017, Holley Police charged Christopher J. Specht, 33, of Holley, with Violation of Local Law: Open Container Containing an Alcohol Beverage Consumed on Public Lands Within the Village. Specht was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on Aug. 7 in front of the Honorable Judge Passarell.

On Aug. 29, 2017, Holley Police charged Kathleen L. Shay, 57, of Holley, with Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated: per SE Blood Alcohol Content .18 or More, No Priors; Failure to Keep Right: Slower Traffic; and Driving Too Slow: Impeding Traffic. Shay was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on Sept. 11 in front of the Honorable Judge Passarell.

On Sept. 6, 2017, Holley Police charged Brittany L. Froman, 26, of Holley, with five counts of Petit Larceny. Froman was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on Sept. 25 in front of the Honorable Judge Passarell.

On Sept. 10, 2017, Holley Police charged Eric J. Rivera, 34, of Holley, with Assault in the 3rd Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury; Menacing in the 2nd Degree - Weapon; Act in a Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years of Age; and Give/Sell Alcohol to a Person Under Age 21. Rivera was arraigned at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada. He was reprimanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return to Court on Sept. 20.

On Sept. 12, 2017, Holley Police charged Joel B. Miller, 29, of Holley, with Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content - First Offense. Miller was released on appearance tickets and was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on Sept. 28 for arraignment in front of the Honorable Judge Spada.

On Sept. 13, 2017, Holley Police charged Ashley E. Morales, 21, of Holley, with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree - Property Greater Than $1000 (felony); and Issuing a Bad Check with Knowledge of Insufficient Funds. Morales was released on appearance tickets and was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on Sept. 28 for arraignment in front of the Honorable Judge Spada.

On Sept. 17, 2017, Holley Police charged Jonathan R. Butterbaugh, of Holley, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree and Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without Inspection Certificate. Butterbaugh was released on appearance tickets and was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on Sept. 28 for arraignment in front of the Honorable Judge Spada.
