On Dec. 26, 2017, at the Town of Murray Court, Deputy Papponetti assisted by Deputy Barnum, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Frederick Faro Jr., 40, of Albion, with Failure to Appear Bench Warrant. He was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

On Dec. 27, 2017, at the Orleans County Jail, Deputy Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department charged Frederick Faro, 40, of Albion, with Criminal Possession of a Weapon Arrest Warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Dec. 27, 2017, at the Orleans County Jail, Deputy Stirk of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department charged Frederick Faro Jr., 40, of Albion, with Falsely Reporting an Incident Arrest Warrant. He was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court.

On Dec. 27, 2017, at the Public Safety Building in Albion, Deputy Papponetti of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Kolin McKain, 21, of Albion, with Violation of Probation. He was remanded to the Jail and was scheduled to return to County Court.

On Dec. 29, 2017 on East State Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jason S. Evans, 34, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance; Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver.

On Dec. 30, 2017, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged a 16-year-old female with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact; Resisting Arrest; and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.

On Dec. 31, 2017, on Caroline Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christopher J. Mitchell, 32, with Criminal; Contempt 1st Degree; and three counts of Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact.

On Jan. 1, 2018, on Roosevelt Highway in Carlton, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department assisted by the New York State Troopers charged Gerardo Quiros, 31, of Medina, with Burglary 2nd; Attempted Kidnapping 2nd; and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was remanded to the Jail without bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court.

On Jan. 1, 2018, on Ingersoll Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jacoby P. Miller, 20, with Unlawful Possession of a Marijuana; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Inspection.

On Jan. 1, 2018, on South Main Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Phillip M. Funderburg, 38, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree; Equipment Violation: and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver.

On Jan. 1, 2018, on East Lee Road in Holley, Deputy Marsceill assisted by Deputy Hazel, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department charged Joshua Baptiste, 21, of Gasport, with Driving While Intoxicated, 1st Offense; and Driving While Intoxicated .08 of 1 percent. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court.

On Jan. 2, 2018, on North Main Street in Lyndonville, Sergeant Doyle of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department charged Melissa Deskins, 25, of Lyndonville, with Assault 3rd. She was released on her own recognizance and was scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

On Jan. 2, 2018, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh assisted by Deputy Tooley and Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department charged William Kelly, 24, of Farmington, with Petit Larceny. He was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Jan. 2, 2018, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh assisted by Deputy Tooley and Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department charged Loribeth Enos, 28, of Canandaigua, with Petit Larceny. She was remanded to the Jail on $500 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Jan. 3, 2018, on North Main Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kevin R. Allen, 31, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.

On Jan. 3, 2018, on North Main Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christopher A. Saddler, 34, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree; Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; and Equipment Violation.

On Jan. 3, 2018, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged a 15-year-old male with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property 4th Degree.

On Jan. 5, 2018, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Ralph G. Otero, 36, with Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years Old.

On Jan. 6, 2018, on Lydun Drive, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Suzanne K. Fredenburg, 63, with two counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals.

On Jan. 6, 2018, on Densmore Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Mariah C. Pepe, 20, with Operation of an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Highway; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

On Jan. 6, 2018, on Route 31A in Clarendon, Sergeant Foeller assisted by Deputy Narburgh, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, charged Sean Sanders, 37, of Williamson, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (Alcohol Suspension); Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (Scoffs 3 on 3); Unlawful Possession of Marihuana; and Speed not Reasonable and Prudent. He was remanded to the Jail on $1500 cash, $1500 bond bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.

On Jan. 7, 2018, on Washington Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Demetrius Bennett, 39, with Menacing 2nd Degree - Weapon; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree - Cocaine; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree; Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell 3rd Degree; and Criminal Use of a Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.

On Jan. 7, 2018, on Slade Road in Ridgeway, Sergeant Doyle assisted by Deputy Tooley, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department charged Dino Callara, 50, of Medina, with Grand Larceny 4th. He was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
