On Sept. 26, 2017, Holley Police charged Tyriek A. Johnson, 29, of Fairport, with Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell; Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug; Tampering with Physical Evidence; Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd Degree; Speed Violation: Speed in Zone; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree. Johnson was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Spara in Murray Town Court and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. He was scheduled to return to court on Sept. 28.

On Oct. 7, 2017, on North Gravel Road in Ridgeway, Deputy Barnum of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Rachelle Goldsmith, 27, of Lyndonville, with Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; Fail to Keep Right; and Move from Lane Unsafely. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

On Oct. 8, 2017, Holley Police charged April J. Brongo, 58, of Holley, with Harassment 2nd Degree - Physical Contact. Brongo was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge DiFante in the Town of Clarendon Justice Court and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail/$1000 bond. Her return date to Town of Murray Court was Oct. 11.

On Oct. 13, 2017, on Lyndonville Road in Ridgeway, Deputy Cole, assisted by Sergeant Foeller, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Joshua Travis, 27, of Lyndonville, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. He was remanded to the jail of $500 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

On Oct. 16, 2017, on Monroe-Orleans County Line Road in Kendall, Sergeant Doyle assisted by Deputy Papponetti and Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Chad Oehlbeck, 30, of Hamlin, with Criminal Contempt 2nd. He was remanded to the jail on $500 cash bail and was scheduled to return to the Town of Kendall Court.

On Oct. 19, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Cole assisted by Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Shaundra Mathis, 40, of Waterport, with Petit Larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Oct. 20, 2017, on Ridge Road in Ridgeway, Deputy Fox of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Nicholas Long, 72, of Albion with Harassment 2nd. He was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

On Oct. 22, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Maria Paz, 42, of Appleton, with Petit Larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Oct. 25, 2017, Holley Police charged Steven J. Passarell, 61, of Holley, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance; Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without Inspection Certificate; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration. Passarell was issued appearance tickets for arraignment at Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada on Nov. 16.

On Oct. 27, 2017, Holley Police arrested Holley Bevins, 21, of Irondequoit, on an arrest warrant out of Holley Police Department for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, stemming from a theft that occurred between January and June of 2017. Bevins was arraigned in Town of Murray Court in front of the Honorable Judge Spada and was remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail. She was scheduled to return to Court on Nov. 15.

On Oct. 27, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Sergeant Doyle of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Rebecca Kepner, 34, of Lyndonville, with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy 6th Degree. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Oct. 27, 2017, Deputy Hazel, assisted by Deputy Papponetti, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Holly Bevins, 21, of Irondequoit, with Grand Larceny 4th for an incident that occurred Sept. 24 in Murray. She was remanded to the jail on $2500 cash or bond and was scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

On Oct. 28, 2017, Holley Police charged Brandon M. Moore, 21, of Canandaigua, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Failure to Use Headlights with Windshield Wipers. Moore was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on front the Honorable Judge Gary Passarell on Oct. 13.

On Oct. 28, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Sergeant Doyle of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Edward Simmons, 31, of Albion, with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy 6th Degree. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Oct. 30, 2017, Investigator Gifaldi, assisted by Deputy Pahuta, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Adrian Taylor, 40, of Rochester, with Grand Larceny 3rd for an incident that occurred April 7 at the Albion Wal-Mart. He was arraigned by the Orleans County Court and remanded to the jail without bail.

On Oct. 31, 2017, on North Main Street in Lyndonville, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Lyndonville PD, charged Kreisandra Colon, 27, of Lyndonville, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

On Oct. 31, 2017, on North Main Street in Lyndonville, Investigator Gifaldi of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by Lyndonville PD, charged Michael McKinney, 27, of Lyndonville, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

On Oct. 31, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Rashelle Morley, 30, of Albion, with Petit Larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Oct. 31, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Victoria Richards, 39, of Albion, with Criminal Trespass 3rd. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

Medina Police Department charged Braden M. Foley, 22, of Medina, on Nov. 1, 2017, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Foley was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 7 to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Joshua M. Quackenbush, 31, of Middleport, on Nov. 2, 2017, with Assault 2nd Degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breath; Resisting Arrest; two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree; Attempted Rape 1st Degree; and Sexual Misconduct. Quackenbush was arraigned and held on $10,000 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Gary L. King, 40, of Brockport, on Nov. 2, 2017, with Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; Unsafe Tires; and Unlicensed Operator. King was released and was scheduled to return Nov. 20 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Nov. 3, 2017, on NYS Route 104 in Murray, Sergeant Foeller, assisted by Deputy Papponetti and Deputy Tooley, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Ernest McDonald, 51, of Rochester, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Operating a Motor Vehicle while Registration Suspended. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

Medina Police Department charged Mark D. Hill, 59, of Medina, on Nov. 3, 2017, with Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; and Failed to Keep Right. Hill was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return Dec. 7 to Shelby Town Court.

On Nov. 3, 2017, at the Albion Wal-Mart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Steven Thomas, 50, of Albion, with Petit Larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Nov. 4, 2017, on Petersmith Road in Kendall, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Sergeant Doyle, Investigator Gifaldi, Deputy Papponetti, and Deputy Fox, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jason Schmeer, 37, of Brockport, with Grand Larceny 4th and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. He was remanded to the jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

On Nov. 5, 2017, on West Kendall Road in Holley, Investigator Gifaldi, assisted by Deputy Fox, charged Laura Lage, 48, of Avon, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st; Driving While Intoxicated; Resisting Arrest; Obstructing Governmental Administration; Harassment 2nd; and Open Container in a Vehicle. She was remanded to the jail on $3,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

On Nov. 5, 2017, Holley Police charged a 17-year-old male from Holley with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court scheduled for Nov. 16 in front of the Honorable Judge Spada.

On Nov. 7, 2017, Holley Police charged a 15-year-old male from Brockport with Making Graffiti, stemming from spray painting graffiti on the Holley Gazebo.

On Nov. 7, 2017, on State Route 31 in Albion, Deputy Riemer of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kylie Piersa, 21, of Brockport, with Driving While Intoxicated. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On Nov. 11, 2017, on Park Avenue in Waterport, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Deputy Pahuta, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Peyton Rosenbaum, 24, of Waterport, with Unlawful Dealing with a Child-Alcohol and Criminal Nuisance. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.

Medina Police Department charged Garland J. Barr, 36, of Rochester, on Nov. 14, 2017, with two counts of Grand Larceny 3rd Degree; Assault 2nd Degree; Assault 3rd Degree; Robbery 1st Degree; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Barr was arraigned and held with no bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 20 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Nov. 14, 2017, Holley Police charged Jeffrey B. Dickinson, 30, of Holley, with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree. He was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Town of Murray Court on Nov. 30, in front of the Honorable Judge Spada.

Medina Police Department executed an arrest warrant for Kevin A. Bryce, 30, of Rochester, on Nov. 15, 2017. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and 3rd Degree. Bryce was arraigned and held on $10,000 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 21 to Shelby Town Court.
