Lyndonville School Holds Eighth-Grade Career Day

At their annual career fair, eighth-graders at Lyndonville Central School District were able to learn about different career paths they can follow after graduation including law enforcement, skilled trades, working at a zoo, and attending college. Students had the opportunity to listen to guest speakers who work in a variety of fields. This gave them insights into what that career would be like and what they would need to do to get into that line of work. 

Students seemed enthusiastic about the opportunity and were able to engage in a question-and-answer period after the speakers’ presentations. It was a great opportunity for the eighth-graders to receive advice and knowledge from seasoned professionals.
